Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, your day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. You will focus on creating neural network configurations that efficiently process vast amounts of unstructured text data. Your role includes exploring innovative approaches to optimize model performance and scalability, ensuring the architecture supports diverse natural language processing tasks. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align model capabilities with project goals is a key part of your daily activities, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with research and engineering teams to refine model architectures and improve overall system efficiency.
- Document architectural decisions and maintain clear communication channels to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their understanding of large language model design.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with designing and tuning neural network parameters for natural language processing applications.
- Strong understanding of model training techniques using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art architectures in language modeling and their practical implementations.
- Ability to analyze model performance metrics and apply optimization strategies to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to integrate language models into broader AI systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
