Within the Mid-Market Cyber Security team, Account Success Management is critical—ensuring every client engagement delivers measurable value while unlocking growth opportunities across the portfolio.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Own client relationships, retention, and account growth for cyber security needs of clients
- →Lead onboarding and sales-to-delivery transition
- →Collaborate with technical teams during delivery
- →Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewals
- →Manage account health, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience in account management or customer success with cyber security experience
- Strong stakeholder management and commercial skills
- Understanding of technology or cyber environments
- Own long-term client outcomes and growth
- Combine relationship management with revenue ownership
- Work closely with senior client stakeholders
- Influence delivery quality and commercial success
- Clear path to senior account leadership roles
