Summary:
As a Program or Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously monitoring the progress of deliverables to maintain quality and timeliness. The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to manage expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, involving coordination across different teams and adapting plans as necessary to meet evolving business needs and priorities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project activities to ensure milestones are met effectively.
- Facilitate clear communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Continuously assess risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard project success.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS, Microsoft Azure Infra Transformation, Generative AI.
- Strong capability in coordinating cross-functional teams to drive project objectives.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and effective communication across diverse groups.
- Experience in utilizing project management methodologies and tools to track progress and deliverables.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and develop practical solutions to ensure project continuity.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Program Project Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
