What would you do? • Key Responsibilities • 1 External Sourcing • Source candidates from existing talent pools and databases • Identify the need for external sourcing based on hiring volumes • Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates • 2 Candidate Sourcing and Qualification • Mine candidate data and identify eligible profiles • Source and review resumes • Assess candidate interest and suitability using appropriate tools • Candidates with End to End Recruitment experience Domestic International Market • Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Key Responsibilities • 1 External Sourcing • Source candidates from existing talent pools and databases • Identify the need for external sourcing based on hiring volumes • Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates • 2 Candidate Sourcing and Qualification • Mine candidate data and identify eligible profiles • Source and review resumes • Assess candidate interest and suitability using appropriate tools • Match qualified candidates to open requisitions • 3 Candidate Intake and Screening • Manage candidate applications and expressions of interest through electronic phone or paper channels • Pre qualify candidates and develop screening lists • Invite suitable candidates to apply for relevant opportunities • 4 Automated Candidate Screening • Coordinate IVR based candidate assessments • Review and evaluate candidate responses against defined criteria • Share qualified candidates with Staples representatives for further consideration • 5 Recruitment Administration and Analytics • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data • Provide recruitment administration and reporting support • Support recruitment analytics for in scope processes • Key Skills • Recruitment and candidate sourcing • Candidate screening and qualification • Recruitment data management • Good communication and coordination skills • Attention to detail and process adherence
