As an Enterprise AI Strategy & Architecture Consultant, you will help leading organizations define and execute their AI transformation journeys by connecting business strategy, enterprise value, AI capabilities, and technology architecture.

You will work at the intersection of AI strategy and enterprise architecture, helping clients understand how AI can create and capture business value and designing the enterprise-wide AI architecture, capabilities, and roadmap required to become AI-first.

Here are just a few of your day-to-day responsibilities:

• →Define enterprise-wide AI transformation strategies aligned with business objectives, growth priorities, and competitive advantage.
• →Shape AI vision and identify opportunities for AI-led business reinvention and value creation across industries and business functions.
• →Assess an organization's current AI, data, technology, and architectural maturity and define the capabilities required to evolve toward an AI-first organization.
• →Design enterprise and corporate AI architecture, including AI capabilities, platforms, data foundations, integration patterns, technology components, and architectural principles.
• →Develop target-state architectures and transformation roadmaps that connect business objectives with the required AI, data, and technology capabilities.
• →Define AI and data platform strategies and evaluate technology ecosystems, cloud platforms, and partners required to support enterprise AI adoption at scale.
• →Translate AI opportunities into business cases, value cases, investment priorities, and actionable implementation roadmaps.
• →Define AI operating models, governance structures, organizational capabilities, and ways of working required to scale AI across the enterprise.
• →Embed Responsible AI principles, governance, risk considerations, and controls into enterprise AI strategies and architectures.
• →Identify the people, processes, data, and technologies required to develop, deploy, and operationalize AI solutions at enterprise scale.
• →Advise senior client stakeholders on the implications of AI for their business strategy, technology landscape, operating model, and enterprise architecture.
• →Lead multidisciplinary workstreams and large-scale transformation initiatives, working across business and technology stakeholders.
• →Support the development of AI strategy and architecture offerings, assets, points of view, and go-to-market opportunities.
• →Mentor and develop team members while contributing to a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Job Requirements

• →Minimum 3 years of experience in AI and Data, including experience in AI architecture and data architecture, solutioning, designing, implementing, or delivering AI Enterprise Architecture initiatives.
• →Minimum 3 years of consulting experience, including large-scale delivery with minimal oversight and proven ability to lead workstreams and meet deadlines or relevant industry / functional experience
• →Experience in managing senior stakeholders
• →Engineering problem-solver mindset — ability to apply technology creatively to complex business problems
• →Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to originate and shape new deals and lead go-to-market activities
• →Excellent leadership and people skills: proven ability to build effective teams, foster collaboration and inclusion, and build strong relationships with stakeholders / clients

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
