About the Role

Sky Climber Access Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead project execution, field operations, and customer relationships throughout the South Florida region. This role is responsible for overseeing projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

The ideal candidate has strong construction management experience, excels at leading field teams, and is comfortable managing multiple projects, subcontractors, and customer relationships simultaneously.

What You'll Do

• Manage projects from startup through completion, including scheduling, planning, and resource allocation
• Lead and support field crews to ensure safe and efficient project execution
• Track project costs, labor, and budgets to ensure projects remain on time and within budget
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Serve as the primary customer contact for project updates and progress
• Review project drawings and specifications to support field execution
• Support sales efforts by providing technical expertise and industry knowledge
• Conduct site audits, jobsite inspections, and project closeout walkthroughs
• Support the training and development of field personnel
• Manage employee and subcontractor time reporting
• Enforce company safety policies and promote a strong safety culture
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and leadership teams to meet business objectives
• Assist with technical candidate evaluations and hiring activities
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & ExperienceRequired

• 2-3 years of project management and/or construction management experience
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and field resources
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 25% within the region
• Experience using project management software

Preferred

• Experience with QuickBase
• Experience managing construction, industrial, scaffolding, access equipment, or work-at-height projects
• Experience leading field crews and subcontractors
• Strong customer relationship management skills

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to travel throughout South Florida and surrounding areas
• Ability to work on active construction and industrial job sites
• Ability to work in both office and field environments
• Occasional hands-on technical support may be required

Schedule & Employment Conditions

• Full-time position
• Based in Dania Beach, FL
• Regional travel required (approximately 25%)
• Pre-employment drug screening required
• Background check required
• Valid driver's license required
• This is a Safety Sensitive Position
