Are you passionate about helping children and adolescents build the skills they need to thrive? We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Professionals to join our team in both Full-Time and Part-Time roles.

As a Mental Health Professional, you’ll provide intensive therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and their families using research- and evidence-based treatment approaches. You’ll work directly with children and families to identify strengths, assess therapeutic needs, and develop individualized treatment plans that support meaningful progress.

Services are provided in school and office-based settings, giving you the opportunity to work closely with children and families where support can make the greatest impact.

Our part-time evening opportunities are ideal for professionals looking to supplement their current work, gain additional clinical experience, or maintain a flexible schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

Responsibilities

  • Provide flexible scheduling and service options for families.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of child development and childhood disorders.
  • Assess the strengths and therapeutic needs of the child and family.
  • Provide family-focused therapy to client/family members according to the treatment plan.
  • Provide both face-to-face and telehealth services to clients and their families.
  • Provide services as needed by the family-could be in-school or early evening center-based appointments.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess the ability to work with children/adolescents and their families in a professional and empathetic manner.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a mental health field.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, current insurance coverage and consistent access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Mandated Reporter and Safety Care Training within 30 days of hire.
  • Provide clearances with a clean record, free from allegations or findings related to abuse, neglect, exploitation or other criminal acts against children, i.e. Act 33, Act 34 or FBI Clearance.

 

Retirement: 403(b) Savings Plan enrollment with company match up to 6% of your contribution after one year of service.

  • One Year of Service is completed after working 1,000 hours within a 12-month period. If you do not reach 1,000 hours in your first year, you will earn your Year of Service in any future year when you meet that requirement.
  • Returning employees may take advantage of the retirement match immediately or earlier than one year.

Dental Insurance Employee coverage is only $10/month and Family coverage is only $27.20/month.
