ActionAid Zimbabwe seeks to recruit for the following position:

FINANCE GRADUATE INTERN (HARARE)

Reporting to the Finance Officer, the Finance Intern will work collaboratively as a member of the Finance Team. The role involves cash management (receipting, banking, petty cash maintenance & replenishments, ensuring payments are signed and presented to the bank), capturing of CP accounts and processing payments to clients in line with AAZ financial management and accountability guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, from a recognised university with a good pass
• At least one year experience working in an NGO Finance
• High level of integrity and initiative.
• Strong planning and organising skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision while being part of a team.
• Sharp analytical skills.
• Proficiency in the English Language.
