JOB OVERVIEW Profession: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Specialty: CRNA - General Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Charleston, WV Service Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center & Hospital Coverage Type: Clinical Only Coverage Period: Aug 03, 2026 – Nov 02, 2026 Clinical Shift Schedule: 40 hours per week PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics: All ages, inpatient, and outpatient Case Mix: General, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, cardiac, endoscopy center FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: Cerner Reason for Coverage: 3 FTE needed PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Credentialing Timeline: 60-90 days JOB REQUIREMENTS Licenses: Active WV license Board: Board Certification required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS Experience: Minimum 2 years DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide anesthesia services across 3 separate hospitals within 5 minutes of each other Work primarily in the Main OR's, with most time spent at Memorial Cover a wide variety of surgical cases including general, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, and cardiac Administer anesthesia in both inpatient and outpatient settings Maintain 40 hours per week of clinical coverage
