JOB REQUIREMENTS Board: BC Licenses: OH Certifications: BLS Other Qualifications: Clean background, Covid vaccine required, full-time availability Duties & Responsibilities Evaluate and manage patients with general neurological conditions in an outpatient clinic setting. Provide comprehensive outpatient consultations and follow-up care. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with a team of 12 neurologists and 4 advanced practice providers. Document all patient encounters accurately in the EPIC electronic medical record system.
