The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for:

Repairing and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment such as motors, pneumatic tools, robots, conveyor systems, production machines and other equipment.
Troubleshooting electrical systems including, but not limited to three-phase motors, start/stop circuits, AC/DC drives, running electrical conduit, and read electrical prints.
Performing equipment installation, PMs, and completing assigned projects.

→The Maintenance Technician will be maintaining & supporting all equipment in JIT Production Environment and other areas as required.
→Complete all tasks, work orders, & PM's as directed by supervisor in a safe & timely manner.
→Make approved modifications to machinery and equipment to meet production needs.
→Perform repairs, rebuild & trouble shoot equipment to ensure production efficiencies are met.
→Daily record all line calls, work orders, PM's & work history electronically in eMaintenance System.
→Complete all required and applicable training required by Adient.
→Must be willing to work overtime as needed (daily, weekly, shutdowns etc.)
→Must be willing to work any shift on short, but reasonable notice.
→Must continuously improve and develop skills/knowledge.
→Complete all other tasks as requested by the Engineering Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor
→Authority and responsibility to stop the production line should a safety or quality issue appear.
→Maintain license to operate a Hilo, Scissor Lift and Articulating Lift
→Excellent attendance and steady work history.

The Maintenance Technician must be able to work on 2nd shift (Mon - Fri, 2:00pm - 10:00pm).
Ability to lift 30lbs.
Ability to safely access vertical areas via stairs or ladder.
Ability to safely work with Power Tools.
Standing or walking 6-8 hours to assist production.
Bending, Pushing, & Pulling.
