Virtual Admissions Coordinator – Mental Health

Principles Recovery Center (PRC) is seeking an experienced Admissions Coordinator to manage inquiries, coordinate intakes, and guide adults seeking substance use disorder (SUD) and co-occurring mental health treatment through the admissions process.

This role requires strong follow-through, compassionate communication, and the ability to independently manage a remote admissions pipeline.

• →Manage inbound admissions calls, inquiries, and referrals.
• →Conduct initial screenings and coordinate intake documentation.
• →Educate prospective clients and families on PHP/IOP treatment options.
• →Coordinate assessments, admission dates, and intake logistics.
• →Maintain consistent lead follow-up and support admissions conversion.
• →Track admissions activity, referrals, and client records in CRM/EMR systems.
• →Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to support census goals.
• →Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation.

• Experience in SUD admissions, behavioral health intake, addiction treatment admissions, or equivalent substance use treatment coordination.
• Knowledge of substance use treatment and PHP/IOP levels of care.
• Experience with admissions pipelines, lead management, and client follow-up.
• Strong phone communication, organization, and independent remote work skills.
• Proficiency with CRM/EMR systems.

• KIPU or similar behavioral health EMR experience.
• Insurance verification and treatment placement experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
