Manager, Implementation Delivery

The Implementation Manager is responsible for leading a team of technical consultants who manage the client relationship during an implementation to deliver client requirements. You will partner with client portfolio leaders to align resources, build relationships with clients, and serve as a point of contact for clients and consultants. This role will report directly to the Implementation Director, this role is a key part of the Implementation organization and will be required to build relationships with internal partners to drive and support best practice, continuous improvement and standard work across the team. The work you perform is critical and you carry the weight of ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.   
   
Every day, you'll leverage your project management and leadership expertise to assist in establishing the direction of your team's daily activities, coaching and developing your team members, creating an overall productive and enjoyable working environment for your team, and managing and resolving client escalations.

• →Responsible for a portfolio of client engagements and aligns teams on implementation execution ensuring strong retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnership growth.
• →Works as a business partner with client portfolio leaders and managers to resolve issues and achieve project goal.
• →Function as a strategic partner to global product team, internal and external stakeholders, and aligning solutions with business goals to increase adoption and realized value.
• →Provide escalation management and resolution leadership for client delivery concerns.
• →Executes on continuous improvement initiatives across the Delivery Team. Acts as a change leader
• →Build a high-performing, engaged team culture through coaching, development, and performance management
• →Monitor and manage billable utilization, labor mix, and delivery costs to protect and improve margins while meeting contractual commitments.

• Delivers against a defined set of performance standards that contribute to the results of the Delivery Team and NAS.
• These performance standards include but are not limited to Starts Revenue, Setup revenue, and NPS Scores.
