- Develop technical specifications for the data conversion process. Convert the Masterfile and Balance file from the clients existing system. Utilize programming software to create and test a template that meets the clients system specifications. This includes conversion from all type of vendors, Multi J, upgrades and any new migration in the ESDCS.
- To process work orders in a timely manner to achieve agreed productivity and quality targets (as amended or notified from time to time) on all the processes worked. When pre-authorized and requested, work additional hours to meet peaks in work orders.
- Receive and modify files, evaluates data, and balances any quantitative data to client provided totals. Delivers complete and accurate files to the DCS Project Managers for parallel testing and/or live processing.
- Work with the assigned ADP project team and client requirements to ensure the accuracy and overall effectiveness of the data conversion. Monitor assigned project tasks to ensure adherence to agreed upon schedules and consistency with system specifications. Identify and resolve problems with testing and validation.
- Provide a technical review and audit function of the conversion. Maintain a project queue to track assignments. Demonstrate the ability to balance priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Remain up to date on current and emerging technological trends, and communicate these trends as appropriate. Develop familiarity with competitive systems in order to provide guidance to programmers in developing/updating templates to extract data.

- Bachelor's / Masters degree or equivalent in education
- Excellent analytical skills and time management skills
- Proficient using Microsoft Excel/MS Access/ SQL and Microsoft Word
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Client facing experience & strong client relationship skills
- Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
- FPC/CPP Certification will be added advantage
- Project Management experience preferred
- Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards
- Must be able to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise, then escalate to the appropriate level
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations
- Proficient in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems
- Proficient using Microsoft Excel/MS Access/ SQL and Microsoft Word
