BIM Engineer / BIM Modeler (Tekla, SketchUp, Trimble Connect)

We are looking for a BIM Engineer with hands-on experience in Trimble's construction software suite to join our team. You will create and manage 3D models, produce construction documentation, and coordinate project data across teams using Trimble Connect.

• →Create detailed 3D structural models using Tekla Structures
• →Develop conceptual and design models in Trimble SketchUp
• →Produce shop drawings, general arrangement drawings, and material lists from the models
• →Manage project collaboration, file sharing, model reviews, and issue tracking through Trimble Connect
• →Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve clashes and design conflicts
• →Ensure models follow project standards, BIM execution plans, and quality requirements
• →Update models and drawings based on design changes and client feedback
• →Maintain accurate documentation and version control of project files

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related field
• 2-3 years of practical experience in BIM modeling or detailing
• Hands-on experience with Tekla Structures, SketchUp, and Trimble Connect
• Understanding of BIM workflows, model coordination, and clash detection
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings
• Good attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

• Experience with steel or concrete detailing
• Knowledge of IFC and other BIM exchange formats
• Familiarity with other tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Navisworks
• Experience with the Tekla Open API or SketchUp extensions (a plus, not a requirement)
