Senior Enterprise Architect (Banking or FinTech Experience)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Enterprise Architect with a strong background in the Banking and/or FinTech industry to lead enterprise-wide architecture initiatives, digital transformation programs, and technology strategy alignment. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks, banking systems, cloud transformation, integration architecture, and modern financial technologies.

• → Define and maintain the organization’s enterprise architecture strategy, roadmap, and governance framework.
• → Align business objectives with scalable technology solutions across banking and financial platforms.
• → Lead architecture design for digital banking, payments, lending, treasury, core banking, and fintech integrations.
• → Drive modernization initiatives including cloud migration, microservices architecture, API ecosystems, and event-driven systems.
• → Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, security, and compliance departments.
• → Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• → Ensure architecture compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and risk management policies.
• → Design integration strategies between legacy banking systems and modern platforms.
• → Lead architecture review boards and provide technical leadership across enterprise programs.
• → Develop reference architectures, technical standards, and best practices.
• → Support solution architects and engineering teams during project implementation.
• → Ensure high availability, scalability, performance, and security of enterprise systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture.
• 5+ years of experience within the banking, financial services, or fintech industry.
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Microservices Architecture
• API Management
• Event-Driven Architecture
• Integration Platforms
• DevOps & CI/CD
• Experience designing secure and compliant financial systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile and large-scale transformation programs.
