It turns enrollment and hiring into digital orientation experiences for new students and employees, with interactive video and content built around each client's brand. About the Role
~1 min readWe are looking for an early-career developer who wants to write real production code and grow with a team that will invest in them. As a Software Developer I, you will spend most of your time writing, testing and maintaining C# and .NET code for the platform behind Advantage Orientation and HR Engage, working alongside senior engineers who review your work and help you sharpen your skills.
This role is the first step on our Web Developer career path. As you build experience, you will take on larger pieces of work and more ownership, with a defined path to .NET Developer, Senior .NET Developer and, for those who want to lead, Developer Team Lead. We support that growth with internal training, mentorship, and company-funded learning.
Grow your career at Advantage and make coastal Northeast Florida home. Jacksonville offers 22 miles of beaches, the nation's largest urban park system, the St. Johns River and a creative food and arts scene. Florida also has no personal state income tax, which means more of your paycheck stays with you.
