University degree in Engineering or comparable discipline
Several years of experience in NPI, process engineering, systems engineering, or project environments
Proven experience improving or deploying development and/or lifecycle processes
Analytical thinking: Ability to understand complex processes and present them in a structured manner.
Experience working in cross‑functional, multi‑disciplinary teams
Strong communication skills: Conducting interviews, questioning information, and presenting results in Englisch and German
Exposure to PLM/PDM or NPI‑related toolchains
Methodological knowledge: Process modeling (BPMN, …) and documentation standards.
