Process Engineer - Spring Lake Area

• →Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• →Design, develop, and implement new production processes and equipment.
• →Conduct root cause analysis of process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• →Develop and maintain process documentation, including P&IDs, flowcharts, and operating procedures.
• →Monitor process performance through data analysis and statistical process control.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process integration and improvement.
• →Implement and maintain safety protocols and environmental regulations within processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
• Strong understanding of process control systems, instrumentation, and data analysis tools.
• Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic)
• Proficiency in a programming language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R)
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles beyond standard application
