OB/GYN Physician

• →Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered gynecologic care, emphasizing preventive wellness, screenings, and the expert diagnosis and treatment of women’s health conditions
• →Participate in a balanced call rotation supported by a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers
• →

  Maintain a clinical schedule of 8 patient sessions per week.

• →

  Participate in a 1:8 call rotation.

• →

  Mentor a multidisciplinary care group by providing guidance on best practices, protocols, and patient service excellence

• →

  Leverage advanced technologies and innovative approaches to elevate clinical quality, efficiency, and the overall patient experience

• →

  Stay current with the latest evidence-based practices to bring cutting-edge treatments to patients

• →

  Ensure timely, accurate documentation within the EMR to support continuity of care and compliance with legal and professional standards

• Board certification by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Exceptional diagnostic and decision-making skills with the ability to solve complex problems with accuracy
• Capacity to demonstrate excellence in communication, both with patients and colleagues
• A compassionate, empathetic approach that ensures the highest standard of patient-centered care
• Open to both newly trained and experienced OB/GYN physicians
• Active Maryland medical license preferred

Annual compensation Range based on years of experience: $250,000 - $350,000
