• Proficient with computer programs with word processing: Word, Excel [Required]
• Demonstrates interpersonal skills by effectively communicating with patients, family, nursing staff, and government agencies [Required]
• Strong emphasis on organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability and willingness to multi-task [Required]
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment [Required]
• Displays professional interactions with all levels of internal customers as demonstrated by work history and interview process [Required]
• Previous medical record or physician office experience [Required]
• Computer skills [Required]
• Excellent communication skills [Required]
• Prior knowledge of the electronic submission of birth certificates to state agencies [Preferred]

• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

• Prior experience with electronic birth certificate completion [Preferred]
• Prior medical record [Preferred]

• National Notary Association Notary Public (NNANP) [Required]
