Oversees business operations, finance, database operations, donor relations, annual giving, and marketing communications. Manages Directors of Internal Operations, Annual Giving and Donor Relations, and Philanthropy Services. Provides operational support to multiple Foundations. Partners with other Foundations to share best practices and resources. Develops and implements plans to improve the Foundation’s operational infrastructure for growth and efficiency. Ensures adherence to standard operating policies and promotes best practices. Acts as a strategic partner to fundraisers, overseeing operations to advance fundraising goals. Collaborates with tax and legal departments on governance, including bylaws, charters, articles of incorporation, and IRS filings. Manages annual compliance with state registration requirements. Oversees the Foundation’s operating budget and individual Foundation budgets with team support. Maintains accurate financial reporting and fosters donor relationships. Implements effective marketing strategies.
