*This role is a Hybrid role 80% WFH and 20% On-Site. The candidate must live in the area and be able to come on site as needed

• Manages the provider credentialing process to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date provider records and credentials.
• Facilitates the onboarding process for new providers, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Coordinates the termination process for departing providers, including necessary documentation.
• Ensures compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
