• Executes the fulfillment of customer requests within established guidelines.

• Maintains a vendor/sourcing resource database for retail products and services.

• Communicates and coordinates effectively with leaders and staff from all departments to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.

• Consults with management on new business/retail initiatives and programs.

• Communicates special requests and concerns to management promptly.

• Achieves and/or exceeds budgeted sales expectations established by retail leadership.

• Promotes and offers Concierge Services to all guests and employees.

• Professionalism, confidence, strong organizational skills, efficiency, initiative, resourcefulness, and an ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment [Required]
• Ability to convey information and ideas clearly [Required]
• Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English [Required]
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) [Required]
• Cashiering skills [Required]
