Coordinates volunteers' computer access, uniform orders, and department placement. Other duties as assigned. Utilizes information technology for data analysis and planning to improve store performance. Researches and implements strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. Addresses staffing issues, including hiring, training, and development of employees and volunteers. Responds to customer complaints and ensures high levels of customer service. Negotiates with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing. Trains employees and volunteers to ensure they are knowledgeable and efficient in their roles. Ensures store quality and efficiency through regular evaluations and improvements. Recruits, trains, and develops hospital volunteers to support various departments. Provides administrative oversight to ensure volunteers meet all requirements and standards. Oversees stock levels, sales figures, and forecasts to ensure optimal inventory management and profitability. Manages store day-to-day operations, including scheduling, maintenance, and cleanliness.

Mathematical Skills - Must be able to apply basic mathematical concepts to calculate figures, percentages and volume. [Required]

This position supervises and is responsible for training and overseeing of Gift Shop supervisor and volunteers in their assigned duties. [Required]
