Responsibilities

- →Minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in hospice or palliative care.
- →Strong assessment and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and families.
- →Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- →Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patient care.
- →Knowledge of hospice regulations and best practices.
- →Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.
