IT Infrastructure Manager

  We’re looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee Affinity’s enterprise systems. In this role, you will lead core infrastructure operations, drive strategic improvements, support business continuity and disaster recovery, partner with stakeholders on key initiatives, and provide strong people leadership through coaching, development, and accountability.   What you’ll do Lead the research, recommendation, configuration, and implementation of changes to enhance Affinity’s IT operations, including data center infrastructure, cloud, and incident management Support the execution of the IT strategic roadmap by identifying operational improvements, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements Maintain the IT Disaster Recovery Plan and lead regular business continuity and disaster recovery exercises to validate plans, procedures, and readiness Oversee and participate in the execution of daily operations including system monitoring, asset management, and remediation of infrastructure and data centers services Coordinate infrastructure projects with business and IT stakeholders, ensuring communication, execution, and documentation Provide strong people leadership to high-performing Infrastructure and Communications teams through coaching, development, and accountability.   What you’ll get The support to grow in your career and expand your knowledge, with ample opportunities to advance A competitive salary plus bonuses for your hard work A total rewards package including health and dental benefits, pension and health spending account Vacation time, personal days off and a paid volunteer day to help you maintain a healthy life/work balance A referral bonus when you scout great talent and they’re hired to join our team   What you’ve got Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field plus 7 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education/experience Advanced knowledge of enterprise level server infrastructure, storage, and virtualization technologies as well as cloud equivalent workloads Intermediate understanding of Microsoft 365 platform and administration Ability to conduct and use leading practice research to create, implement, and revise innovative processes Ability to lead, engage, and coach employees, set clear expectations, review progress, provide feedback and guidance, and hold people accountable
