Provide senior-level advice, guidance, oversight, and support for information management practices under the enterprise data governance framework, including classification, lifecycle management, and discovery.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to integrate RIM requirements and controls by-design into enterprise processes, projects, procurements, digital products, and technology initiatives.
Provide information management expertise to digital transformation initiatives, including artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies, to ensure appropriate information governance considerations and requirements are incorporated.
Develop and deliver communications, training, and guidance materials to promote awareness, adoption, and compliance with RIM policies, standards, and best practices.
Establish and report on performance measures for the Recordkeeping and Information Management program to demonstrate value, ensure strategic alignment, monitor compliance, and support enhancements across RIM services and practices.
Engage and consult with relevant external stakeholders and partners, including the Archives of Ontario, Ontario Public Service Recordkeeping, Access, and Privacy (RkAP) advisors, and communities of practice, to support records scheduling and disposition activities and ensure alignment with emerging requirements and leading practices.
You Have:
