Site Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer with expertise in post-tensioning, stay cable, bridge bearings, expansion joints, structural monitoring and repairing etc. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects involving post-tensioned and pre-stressed structures, ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, and timely delivery.

• →Supervise and execute post-tensioning and other installation activities on-site.
• →Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• →Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
• →Monitor the installation of post-tensioning systems and other products, ensuring adherence to design and quality standards.
• →Conduct inspections, quality control checks, and ensure safety regulations are strictly followed.
• →Prepare daily reports on project progress, site activities, and any potential delays or issues.
• →Liaise with clients and consultants for project updates and requirements.
• →Troubleshoot and resolve any technical challenges encountered on-site.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in post-tensioning, stay cable, bridge bearings, expansion joints, structural monitoring and repairing etc.
• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, post-tensioning techniques, and safety regulations.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Be able to adjust to the frequent traveling and working on site.
