Construction Estimator (Heavy Equipment, Metal Studs, Brick/Block, Masonry)

Strong hands-on experience with complex commercial scope takeoffs

Ability to move quickly without compromising estimate accuracy

Advanced knowledge of Bluebeam, PlanSwift, and/or OST

Solid understanding of US construction methods, materials, and pricing

Experience estimating multiple scopes rather than being limited to a single trade

Demonstrated ability to identify scope discrepancies and potential cost issues before an estimate is submitted

Experience supporting US-based construction teams remotely

Direct and practical

Works closely with US-based business owners and project managers

Uses established estimating systems and technology to streamline project workflows

Civil Engineering degree or equivalent strong structural/construction background

Demonstrated experience with US construction standards and estimating practices

Hands-on experience with professional estimating software

Fluent English communication — written and verbal

3+ years of construction estimating experience

Full-time, dedicated remote availability

Ability to work during US Central Time business hours

Reliable remote setup and ability to work independently
