Quantity takeoffs and material lists
Change orders and quote review (ensure pricing aligns with scope)
Working from incomplete plan sets when systems/details aren’t fully drawn clarifying scope and filling gaps without always being able to walk the job
Keeping estimates current when material lists/selections change on the fly
Dedicated estimator model (one client focus), embedded with the team

New York / Long Island / Northeast residential market familiarity (product mix varies by market; NY-specific experience is very helpful)
Experience estimating mid-to-high-end residential new construction and renovations
Comfortable with remote collaboration and incomplete drawings
