Customer Success Tech - DACH Market

Working together with the Implementation and the other CS teams, you will have a direct relationship with clients and you will provide regular feedback to the Product team. Your mission will consist of assisting clients in their implementation of Agicap solution’s key features (banking and data integration). For that purpose, you will be responsible for:

∙ Meet the clients to understand their needs to better manage their cashflow and forecast

∙ Collect client's data from various sources (bank, accouting tools)

∙ Work on data workflows (with SQL / Python) to transform client's data to be integrated at Agicap

∙ Manage client projects to integrate their data and features, ensuring optimal use of Agicap's full capabilities.

∙ Collaborate with key stakeholders, conduct follow-ups, and gather client insights to ensure alignment and deliver the best possible outcomes for the client.

∙ Build a library with the process customer data in a scalable way

∙ Contribute to build Agicap’s knowledge management on banking / accounting tools aggregation

∙ Build a wiki of best practices and key processes

∙ Contribute to scale the processes by defining, improving and automating the way we collect and transform customer data for import

∙ Provide structured and quantitative product feedbacks to help prioritize customer data integration features and banking aggregations
