Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Own the product backlog and drive prioritization aligned to product strategy, OKRs, and customer value.
- →Partner with Engineering leadership to shape feasible solutions, manage dependencies, and make trade-offs.
- →Lead backlog refinement and ensure high-quality requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, non-functional needs).
- →Define and communicate product goals, success metrics, and roadmap input for your domain.
- →Run effective stakeholder management: align priorities, manage expectations, and communicate decisions clearly.
- →Use qualitative and quantitative inputs (customer feedback, analytics, experimentation) to guide decisions.
- →Support release strategy and go-to-market coordination with relevant functions (e.g., Support, Ops, Marketing, Sales).
- →Mentor medior POs and contribute to improving Agile/product processes across teams.
- →5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Senior PO, or Product Manager with strong delivery ownership.
- →Proven track record of delivering outcomes with Agile cross-functional teams.
- →Strong prioritization skills and ability to make decisions under ambiguity and constraints.
- →Excellent stakeholder management skills, including influencing without authority.
- →Strong product sense: ability to define problems, explore options, and validate outcomes.
- →Ability to collaborate deeply with engineering teams and understand technical concepts and trade-offs.
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or hands-on technical experience.
- Experience with complex products (platforms, data-heavy systems, B2B SaaS, APIs, integrations).
- Experience with discovery practices, experimentation, A/B testing, and product analytics.
- Product ownership across multiple teams or a scaled Agile environment (e.g., SAFe/LeSS) is a plus.
- Certifications (PSPO/CSPO) are beneficial but not required.
