担当するプログラム／プロジェクトにおいて、お客様にとっての日常的な一次窓口として機能し、安定した運営と一貫性のある顧客体験の提供、ならびにオペレーショナルエクセレンスの実現を担います。

ラボ資産運営業務の拡大に伴い、お客様からの問い合わせ対応および修理・点検依頼に関するデータ入力業務を安定的に運用するため、専任で対応いただける方を募集します。

【主な役割・責任】

担当顧客における、プログラム運営全般の日常的な窓口対応
定期点検・保守作業などの計画済みサービスおよび、
トラブル対応等の突発的・非定型サービスの調整・コーディネーション
社内関係部署および外部パートナー（ベンダー等）と連携し、
顧客からの問い合わせや依頼を適切な窓口へつなぎ、迅速かつ確実な対応を推進
クロスファンクショナルなチームと協働し、
顧客課題の整理、解決策の検討、日常業務への実装をリード
担当プログラム／プロジェクトにおける運営品質の維持・改善

Requirements

・社内外とのメールでのコミュニケーション経験
・複数の案件や情報を整理しながら業務を進められる方
・Outlook、Teams、Excel（入力、簡単な関数レベル）等のOAスキルある方

・業務内容や状況の変化に柔軟に対応できる方
・正確性、ルール遵守を重視できる方
・周囲と協調しながら業務を進められる方
