We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join a team focused on shaping the future of Natural Colors across Latam.  This role will oversee the comprehensive product strategy, encompassing market and segment analysis, competitive insights, pricing and price strategies, go-to-market planning, and product differentiation. Working cross-functionally, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving Sensient’s success roadmap in a strategic market moment of natural colors conversion.  

**This role is full time based onsite in our regional HQ in Lerma.

Responsibilities

  • Define strategies and implement product portfolio tactics to drive growth and strengthen market position, providing thought partnership in all aspects of portfolio management. 
  • Develop and execute brand, communication, and product marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop deep product knowledge, new product portfolio introduction and optimization, and support S&OP processes.
  • Work with leadership to set targets, guide pricing strategies, and collaborate with Finance and Operations to streamline processes.
  • Lead portfolio management, function as the product expert, and collaborate with Sales, Innovation, Marketing, and R&D to enhance products and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market and competitive landscape, track portfolio performance, and identify strengths and gaps in products and processes. Assess new product potential, analyze post-launch performance, and refine strategies based on market feedback.
  • Experience in product management, product marketing, or a related commercial role within a B2B manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, pricing principles, value propositions, and customer buying journeys.
  • Proven ability to analyze market data, competitive landscapes, and industry trends to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and strong knowledge of marketing principles.
