Yacht Interior Manager

This opportunity is suited to an accomplished Interior Manager who can uphold an exceptional onboard experience and lead interior operations with confidence, professionalism, and consistency. You will play a central role in maintaining the standards expected in a highly service-focused luxury setting while supporting seamless guest experiences throughout each voyage.

• →Oversee all yacht interior operations to maintain exceptional guest service standards.
• →Lead and supervise yacht interior crew, scheduling duties and monitoring performance.
• →Manage inventory, provisioning, and budgeting for interior supplies and amenities.
• →Ensure cabins and guest areas meet luxury presentation and cleanliness expectations.
• →Coordinate guest preferences, events, and service delivery throughout each voyage.

• →At least 7 years of experience as a yacht interior manager.
• →Educational background in hospitality management.
• →Experience working with yacht management software.
• →Proven experience in UHNW guest-service environments, including serving the owner directly.
• →Strong background in luxury housekeeping protocols, silver service, and guest preference management.
• →Hold a valid STCW certification, ENG1 medical certificate, and food safety certification.
• →Fluency in English.
• →Availability to work a 6/6 rotation schedule.
