About the Role

员工关系:建立健全公司内部员工关系治理框架,确保流程和员工关系风险策略符合各地劳动法律法规及公司战略,有效降低和防范员工关系与劳动争议等风险。
高管管理:负责总公司高管任命、卸任流程,指导分公司高管相应流程,确保高高管理符合内部规定和监管要求。
党建工作规划和高管党建执行。

Responsibilities

  • 设计并持续优化员工关系管理框架、政策及流程,确保全面符合国家及地方劳动法规,降低法律风险。  

  • 监控法律法规和金融行业监管要求等动态变化,联动法务与合规部门,及时调整内部员工行为管理和纪律处分政策并推动落地执行。  

  • 协同总分公司HR处理各类劳动关系案件,包括但不限于: 试用期评估、 低绩效员工改进计划、合同解除、劳动仲裁与诉讼应对等。

  • 主导员工投诉、招聘中利益冲突、各类复杂员工不当行为个案的调查、证据收集、决策建议及闭环管理,确保程序公正性与合规性,  政策执行标准统一且符合各地特殊的监管与法律要求。  

  • 组织相关方处理各类问责及违规违纪案件,包括但不限于:违反监管规定、失职、利益冲突、商业贿赂、舞弊等,执行或监督执行公司作出的处分决定。

  • 识别员工关系系统性风险(如用工合规、绩效管理、多元化冲突等),制定风险缓释策略并推动改进措施。  

  • 通过培训、宣导等方式赋能HRBP及各业务部门的管理者,提升其员工关系管理能力与合规意识。  

  • 推动绩效导向文化,支持组织变革项目(如业务战略和架构调整带来的员工安置等方案)。  

  • 负责总公司高管任命、卸任流程,指导分公司高管相应流程,确保高高管理符合内部规定和监管要求。

  • 党建工作规划和高管党建执行

Requirements

  • 本科及以上学历;法学、人力资源管理、心理学等相关专业优先。;

  • 10年以上人力资源相关从业经验,其中至少5年专注员工关系或劳动法合规领域; 

  • 具备银行、保险、证券、基金等金融行业的从业经验者优先; 

  • 全国性跨区域员工关系个案管理经验,熟悉不同省市的劳动法规差异。
