Head of Multinational South Africa

​This role manages all Multinational Underwriting within Africa zone including the establishment, implementation and evaluation of production and profitability goals. This position has direct accountability for the business results of their Country with respect to profitability, penetration and/or volume within a specific account, segment, geographic area, product or line of business.

• Represent AIG as a central point of Multinational client & program management
• Coordinating communication
• Project management across all internal and external stakeholders in respect to program design
• Implementation and ongoing client service for an assigned portfolio of Complex Multinational clients and to support new business (including external training). 
• Provide technical Multinational support and partner Product, Distribution and all other relevant stakeholders in the design, implementation and ongoing service
• of compliant,
• Manage complex multinational programs that meet assigned client requirements and related service expectations
