CMT Mechanical Maintenance Manager

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Deliver mechanical activities reliability and execution across the entity by leading mechnical scope of turnarounds from scope to closeout,
1- Turnaround (TAR) Planning & Execution
Strategic Planning: Lead the mechanical scope definition, estimation, scheduling, and resource planning
Execution Leadership: Serve as the on-site mechanical lead during major shutdown execution phases, managing specialized mechanical contractors and ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and safely
Specialized Overhauls: Direct the inspection, servicing, and overhaul of critical industrial gas assets, specifically high-pressure reciprocating compressors, multi-stage centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, expansion turbines (turboexpanders), and cryogenic cold boxes.
Post-TAR Evaluation: Lead post-turnaround reviews and reporting to capture lessons learned, optimize future TAR and keep records
2- Reliability Activities
Reliability Program: Lead/Coach maintenace teams to deploy various reliability program actions.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Lead/Participate formal RCAs for mechanical equipment failures, implementing mitigation to prevent recurrence.
Reliability Engineering: Partner with local teams to implement predictive maintenance programs, analyzing vibration data, oil analysis, and thermography for early-stage fault detection.
3- Maintenance Management
Lead/Participat on critical activities on mechanical scope
participate in development of data base of preventive maintenacne according to group guidlines and best practices
4- Contractor, Vendor & Spare Parts Management
OEM Relations: Manage partnerships with major rotating equipment Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and specialized mechanical contractors.
Critical Spares Strategy: Define and maintain the centralized inventory strategy for high-value, long-lead mechanical spares.
5- Team quilification
Mentorship & Training: Build technical capability across the mainteanance teams by delivering hands-on mentoring and structured training sessions to junior site maintenance engineers
Perform surveys to assess impelementing maintenance excution best practices to adress any area of improvement or qualifications gap
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering
- 7+ years of experience in project management and Mechanical Maintenance of static and rotating equipment.
- Software proficiency in project management tools
- Exceptional problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Analytical mindset.
- Comfortable with hands on maintenance activities.
