  • Local Site Mobilization: Drive local site mobilization, onboard country champions and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and track local progress against master implementation milestones.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the primary bridge aligning local country executive leadership, plant leads, legacy DIG functional counterparts, and central/regional technical build teams.
  • RAID & Risk Escalation: Maintain the local RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log; escalate critical-path blockers to the central PMO and enforce strict scope governance (preventing unapproved local scope additions).
  • SME & Resource Coordination: Coordinate local SME availability and secure operational commitment across all business tracks (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, Asset Management, Record-to-Report).
  • Site & Technical Readiness: Ensure local site infrastructure, operational hardware (handheld scanners, industrial label printers), network bandwidth, and server/Azure configurations meet ALign deployment standards.
  • Data Migration & Mock Drops: Oversee local data cleansing, enrichment, taxonomy harmonization, and data extraction/migration milestones across scheduled mock drops.
  • Training & Change Management: Support training activities in coordination with the central core team (defining scenarios, coordinating participants, and overseeing schedule completion).
  • Change Impact Assessment: Support change management actions and lead local change impact assessments across diverse plant, sales, and logistics locations.
  • Readiness Sign-Off: Rigorously validate and assure comprehensive site readiness before Go-Live authorization.
  • Cutover Orchestration: Direct cutover dress rehearsals and manage local Go-Live cutover command center activities to ensure zero disruption to industrial gas delivery and operations.
  • 2-Month Hypercare Management: Lead the 2-month post-go-live Hypercare phase, monitoring site operational KPIs, resolving local incidents, and triggering Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) where required.
  • Legacy ERP Decommissioning: Oversee the formal data archiving, validation audits, and technical decommissioning of legacy ALK and legacy DIG ERP instances.
