Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical engineering, particularly high-voltage systems, including transformers, circuit breakers, and protective relays.

Valid professional electrical engineering license (Associate or Professional Engineer) authorized to certify and perform high-voltage electrical work.
Ability to read, interpret, and analyze electrical drawings and schematics, with knowledge of GIS, SCADA, and power system protection schemes.
Practical experience in inspecting, maintaining, and troubleshooting high-voltage electrical equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and continuous operation of the substation.
Strong understanding of operational safety standards and regulatory requirements for high-voltage electrical systems.
