Legal & Compliance Executive

About the Role: We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Legal & Compliance Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support our legal and compliance functions by managing litigations, drafting/reviewing agreements, and coordinating with external legal counsels. The role requires a clear understanding of legal frameworks and the ability to represent the company's viewpoint effectively in legal proceedings and discussions. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain organized legal documentation and compliance records * Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents * Represent the company's point of view in legal proceedings and correspondence * Handle all company-related litigations, legal notices, and disputes * Assist in regulatory compliance and internal policy drafting * Monitor and report on changes in applicable laws and regulations * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure policy alignment Requirements: * LLB degree from a recognized university (02 years of experience) * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to manage multiple legal matters and timelines simultaneously * Proactive and confident in presenting legal opinions * Sound understanding of civil, commercial, and contract law * Experience or understanding of financial products and services is an added advantage * Knowledge of regulatory bodies such as RBI, SEBI, etc., is a plus Why Join Us: * Opportunity to work in a fast-paced fin-tech environment * Exposure to real-time legal case handling and direct coordination with senior lawyers * A collaborative team that values integrity, growth, and innovation Industry Type: FinTech / Payments Department: Legal & Regulatory Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Legal Operations Education UG: LLB in Law
