Senior Manager – Staffing Operations

Position: Senior Manager – Temporary Staffing Operations Location: Gurugram (On-site) Department: Operations / Staffing About Us: AKMV Consultants is a boutique financial service provider and an investment banking firm founded in the year 2018. About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and execution-oriented professional to manage our Temporary Staffing Operations across deployed sites. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing on-site recruiters, ensuring smooth manpower deployment, maintaining required headcounts, and driving operational coordination between sites and HQ. The role requires strong people management, operational discipline, reporting capabilities, and an understanding of workforce deployment environments. Key Responsibilities Staffing Operations Management · Oversee end-to-end temporary staffing operations across assigned locations/sites. · Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements as per client/business needs. · Monitor deployment status, attendance, replacements, and overall manpower utilization. · Coordinate with site teams for smooth onboarding and mobilization of workforce. Team Handling · Manage and guide on-site recruiters and coordinators. · Ensure recruiters are aligned on hiring targets, timelines, and compliance requirements. · Conduct regular reviews with site teams on closures, attrition, and challenges. · Drive accountability and operational efficiency across all locations. Headcount & Workforce Management · Track daily/weekly/monthly headcount movements. · Monitor attrition, absenteeism, and deployment gaps. · Ensure optimum manpower availability across sites. · Maintain accurate workforce MIS and deployment records. Reporting & Coordination · Prepare and share periodic reports/MIS with HQ management. · Coordinate with internal stakeholders for approvals, escalations, and operational updates. · Ensure timely communication between sites and corporate office. Compliance & Process Adherence · Ensure staffing activities are carried out as per company policies and operational SOPs. · Support documentation and compliance-related activities for deployed manpower. · Maintain process discipline across all staffing operations. Desired Candidate Profile · Any Graduate · 4–8 years of experience in Temporary Staffing, Facility Management, Manpower Outsourcing, or Workforce Operations. · Experience in handling multiple sites and field recruitment teams preferred. · Strong understanding of blue-collar / bulk hiring operations. · Good command over MIS reporting and operational coordination. · Comfortable with travel and site coordination activities.
