Senior Recruitment Consultant

Position: Senior Recruitment Consultant Location: Gurugram (On-site) Experience: 5–10 years About the Role We are looking for a seasoned recruitment professional to join our team and lead strategic and senior-level recruitment mandates across the Infrastructure, Facility Management, Real Estate, EPC and Industrial sectors. The role will involve end-to-end ownership of critical mandates,identifying high-quality talent, developing industry talent networks, and ensuring successful closure of positions. Key Responsibilities Independently manage strategic and senior-level recruitment mandates from mandate understanding to closure. Handle mandates across IFM, IPC, EPC, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Warehousing & Industrial sectors. Understand client businesses, organizational structures, industry dynamics and talent requirements to deliver relevant talent. Source and map candidates through LinkedIn, databases, industry networks, referrals and market intelligence. Build and maintain a strong industry-specific talent network, particularly across leadership and mid-senior management levels. Conduct detailed candidate screening, competency assessment and suitability evaluation against the mandate. Prepare high-quality candidate profile summaries, assessment notes and client submissions. Drive the complete recruitment lifecycle — mandate briefing, sourcing, screening, client coordination, interviews, negotiations, offer management and joining. Manage multiple strategic mandates simultaneously while maintaining strong turnaround time and quality. Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence for niche and difficult-to-close positions. Develop a deep understanding of key organizations, competitors, talent pools and leadership movements within the target sectors. Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the process. Support client relationship management and identify opportunities for repeat and expanded mandates. Mentor junior recruitment resources and guide them on sourcing, screening and sector-specific recruitment practices.
