Maintenance Coordinator

Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to oversee preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities for heavy equipment, vehicles, lifting equipment, and yard assets supporting logistics and operational activities.

• →Coordinate daily maintenance activities and workshop operations.
• →Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• →Track equipment availability and minimize downtime.
• →Coordinate with technicians, supervisors, vendors, and contractors.
• →Maintain maintenance records, work orders, service reports, and equipment history.
• →Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement requirements.
• →Arrange inspections, certifications, and testing of lifting equipment.
• →Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, PTW, and LOTO procedures.
• →Prepare maintenance reports and KPI updates.
• →Support fleet and heavy equipment maintenance operations.

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance coordination.
• Experience in fleet maintenance, workshop operations, or yard equipment maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance.
• Experience with spare parts planning and inventory control.
• Good knowledge of OEM maintenance procedures.
• Experience with ERP, SAP, CMMS, or maintenance management systems.
• Oil & Gas, Construction, Marine, Offshore, Mining, or Heavy Equipment industry experience preferred.
• UAE experience preferred.
