Al Warren Oil, a renowned leader in fuel and lubricant solutions, is seeking a full-time Dispatcher for our Lubricant Division in Bensenville, IL. We are looking for a dedicated professional who embodies our values of integrity, teamwork, and exceptional service to join our dynamic team.

• →Coordinate and manage the scheduling of lubricant deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• →Act as the primary communication liaison between drivers, customers, and internal teams.
• →Monitor driver routes and provide real-time solutions to logistical challenges.
• →Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
• →Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including tracking delivery status and documentation.
• →Utilize dispatch software and tools to optimize delivery routes and schedules.

• Proven experience as a dispatcher in the transportation or logistics industry, preferably with a focus on lubricant distribution.
• Strong geographic knowledge, especially in the Midwest and surrounding regions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse group of individuals.
• Proficiency in dispatch software and strong computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility with work hours, ready to step in during various shifts as needed.
