Senior Engineering Manager (Hands-on)

You'll lead 6-15 engineers across multiple crews, working closely with product managers, designers, support operations, and data scientists. You're the bridge between technology and real member impact. In this role, you will:

• 3-5 years managing engineering teams with a track record of building high-performers

• Experience scaling teams and establishing engineering excellence standards

• Strong technical background with the ability to guide architectural decisions

• Experience with modern development practices and AI-assisted development tools

• Recent hands-on technical experience (2-3 years)

• You balance technical debt with feature delivery while maintaining quality

• You develop people as much as you develop products

• Clear progression in your management career - increasing team size, scope, and strategic impact

• Healthcare technology and innovation excite you

• You understand that great engineering teams are built on psychological safety and continuous learning

Location: You must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
