The Data Architect will lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise data and analytics solutions across functions. This role is responsible for developing scalable Azure-based data platforms, integrating enterprise applications, enabling business reporting, and driving data modernization initiatives.

The successful candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with solution architecture leadership and partner closely with business stakeholders to deliver trusted, scalable, and business-critical analytics solutions.

• →Design, build, and maintain enterprise data platforms using Azure technologies.
• →Develop and optimize Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines, Databricks workloads, and cloud data integrations.
• →Establish scalable data models and integration patterns.
• →Drive data quality, governance, security, and operational excellence.
• →Lead architecture reviews and technical solution design activities.
• →Ensure data accuracy, lineage, and governance.
• →Enable integration strategies for Salesforce, SAP and Workday

• 9+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Architecture, Platform Engineering
• 5+ years of experience with Azure cloud data technologies.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale integration projects.
• Strong experience working with multiple business functions including HR, Finance, Compliance, Operations, and Commercial teams.
• Experience managing solution lifecycle from requirements gathering through production support.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience leading technical discussions with architects, engineers, and business leaders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to balance strategic architecture responsibilities with hands-on execution.
