Production Shift Manager

A Production Shift Manager is responsible for the management of all aspects of Production, and the wider team including Team Leaders and Planners, Supervisors, and Operatives. They will ensure that the product is packed in line with the customer’s requirements and the data flow through ERP systems is inputted in a timely and accurate manner.

• →Proven experience in a managerial role within a production or manufacturing environment.
• →Strong understanding of production processes, quality assurance, and health & safety compliance.
