Technician II, Production Technical Operations

As an Technician, Secondary Packaging you are tasked to ensure production meet Safety, Quality and Output target and operate in compliance to all GMP/GDP requirements and HSE regulatory requirements at Tuas. In this role, a typical day will include:

Responsibilities
 

• To provide operational support for productivity and product quality effectively and efficiently.
• To perform pack-size conversion and machine troubleshooting, actively engage to production
• technical support to improve production OEE.
• Good coordination across the team.
• To ensure good 5S standard and HSE compliance in SP operation.
• To drive and participate on the recovery process of non-routine issues
• Push rolling carts weighing approximately 300kg.
• Transfer contact lenses magazines between carts.
• Manual movement of the pallets using pallet jack.
• Manual transfer of completed tray to trolley.
   

What You'll Bring To Alcon
 

• Education: ITE
• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
